There are a number of ways you can get in touch with us at Trans Tool Shed.

Use the contact form on this page for general questions about our products or services. We respond to most questions via email within 24 hours, sometimes a lot faster-- it depends on what time your request comes in and how busy we are that day. After all, we're only human and we've got to sleep sometimes!  If your request comes in during a holiday on which we are closed (New Year's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day), then it may take up to 48 hours to receive a response.

If you have a question about an order that you have already placed, you can contact us via email at help @ transtoolshed.com (without the extra spaces in the address).  Please reference your order number whenever possible so we can better assist you.

If you choose to contact us by phone, please note that our phone hours are:
Monday-Saturday: noon-8pm CST
Sunday: noon-5pm CST

Because we have a small staff who are also helping other customers, we cannot always answer every phone call immediately.  We also do not answer blocked or anonymous phone calls. If we are unable to pick up the phone, please leave a message with your contact information so that we can get back to you.
