Intimate Rose Silicone Vaginal Dilators were designed by a pelvic floor health physical therapist and are made from a smooth, body safe, medical grade silicone that's 100% BPA free and designed to glide into the vagina for more comfortable use during dilator therapy.

Dilators are used by trans women, intersex people, and non-binary people who have had gender confirmation surgery to create a vaginal opening and vulva. The role of dilators is to maintain the size/shape, health, and flexibility of the vaginal canal after surgery. Dilators are used with lubricants in a manner and frequency that is recommended by your surgeon and care providers.
Dilators many also be used by people born with vaginas who experience discomfort with vaginal penetration or other conditions that might be treated by increasing and maintaining the elasticity of the vaginal opening.
