T Time: Trans Self-Care and Sustaining Our Collective Strength
Sunday, April 27, 2025
5:00pm Central Time
Join us at the Tool Shed for an important conversation on how trans folks can build and sustain practices of rest and recovery to maintain our energy, connection, and resilience. In the face of ongoing struggles, it’s crucial that we prioritize self-care as a tool not just for personal healing, but for community survival and empowerment. Throughout history trans folks & other marginalized communities have relied on self-care as a means of ensuring long-term endurance in the fight for liberation. This discussion will explore how self-care isn’t just an act of individual well-being, but a vital form of resistance that helps us continue pushing forward for a collective future. Together, let’s share strategies for balancing the demands of activism with the need for rest, recovery, and community care.
