The Gender X Silicone Stand-to-Pee Packer is made with a large funnel for ease of placement and use. The silicone is very soft and flexible, which allows for a bit more comfort when wearing a packer of this size. The shaft is hollow and flexible, and can be easily dressed to the side or upward, depending on your preference.
The shaft is hollow and the opening at the tip is a narrow slit, but you can squeeze the head gently while peeing to open up the slit and allow the flow to move faster through the hole. The balls are solid (to make the funnel easier to angle), but the silicone is soft enough so that they don't feel uncomfortably firm.
