S/he*Pak

When pelvic tissues are inflamed they need to be cooled, just like any other joint or muscle. S/he*Pak offers a clean, safe and dignified way to relieve discomfort.

S/he*Pak is a similar to an ice pack, but is specially designed for pelvic floor relief. It’s made from materials that are comfortable and safe, helping you feel better, faster. 

S/he*Pak’s unique design cools both internal and external tissues in the pelvic region, and allows you to easily hold, insert, and remove the device in order to provide relief for pelvic discomfort. Use S/he*Pak any time you are experiencing pelvic discomfort like swelling, itching, burning, or pain caused by:

• As directed by a surgeon or pelvic physical therapist post genital surgery (such as gender affirmation surgery like vaginoplasty-- speak to your care team for instructions)
  
• Yeast or bacterial infections (hormonal changes during testosterone therapy may impact the balance of vaginal flora in trans men)
  
• Vaginal child delivery
• Period of increased sexual intimacy
• Sexual intimacy in post-menopausal people
• Hemorrhoids
• Patients taking certain chemotherapies
• Interstitial cystitis

Made in the USA using medical grade materials and manufacturing.  S/he*Pak is sealed with an ultrasonic weld, keeping the ice-pack fluid safely inside.  S/he*Pak will not stick to tissues and is easy to clean.

Comes with a reusable pouch that helps keep your S/he*Pak clean while sitting in your freezer.

Made with a medical grade resin that can be safely cleaned with soap and water (or with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide if a more thorough cleaning is needed).  Rinse thoroughly after cleaning.

Instructions for use:
Wash S/he*Pak with soap and water. Dry. Place the S/he*Pak in the included freezer bag, with the shaft side pointed down so that the liquid freezes through the shaft.

S/he*Pak is ready for use when completely frozen, which can take up to 2 hours.

Once frozen, apply a quarter sized amount of lubricant to the rounded tip of the device. Insert for 15-20 mins.

Wash and refreeze your S/he*Pak after every use. Wait at least an hour between sessions.
